Microwave cooking, Eggs and more Eggs

You will find a few recipes in my book Cooking with Mic concerning the Egg. I wish there were more and in a future book I will probably do a section on the egg. Today I want to post a few videos on different ways to cook the egg in a microwave.

The first lesson that we are going to look at today is how to poach an egg in a microwave.



Next we will be boiling an egg in a microwave. When doing this there is always the risk of an egg explosion but with this video you will see how to do it the proper way.




Our last microwave cooking tip for today will be my favorite way to cook and eat an egg. I am a scrambled egg kind of guy.   I like my scrambled eggs to run all over the place, but to each his or her own.
